The Seventh Perm Congress of Academic Lawyers will take place from the 18th to 19th November, 2016 in Perm.
The Congress will be held by Perm State National Research University together with the Association of Lawyers of Russia, Statut Publishing House, Perm Community, the 17th Arbitration Court of Appeal, the Arbitration Court of Perm Krai, the Court of Perm Krai, the human-rights ombudsman for Perm Krai, the Chamber of Notaries of Perm Krai with support from the Perm Krai Governor.
Academic lawyers from leading Russian scientific centers, representatives of judicial, legislative, executive authorities of regional and federal levels will take part if the Congress.
In the context of discussions on fundamental issues of law development, the forum guests will present reports on the status and development prospects of Russian and foreign legislation and legal science.
During round tables and expert platforms, most vital problems of lawmaking and law enforcement, scientific and methodological problems will be discussed.
UKey will take an active part in the conference being both a co-founder and a sponsor, and a participant of plenary sessions and round tables. One of the round tables will take place on the 19th of November on the subject Ural-China: right to business.
The Congress is a momentous event for the legal community of Prikamye. The geography of the delegations stretches far beyond the Perm region confines and even beyond the borders of Russia.
