Разработка сублицензионного договора для использования патента в химической промышленности
В 2022 году юристы практики «Защита интеллектуальной собственности» консалтинговой компании «ЮКЕЙ» оказали полное правовое сопровождение заключения сублицензионного договора в отношении патентов зарубежных компаний.
Клиент «ЮКЕЙ» — российское предприятие химической промышленности.
В рамках оказанных услуг сублицензионное соглашение между сублицензиатом и лицензиатом было внедрено в действующее лицензионное соглашение. Стоимость сублицензии полностью покрывалась ценой лицензии, которая была зафиксирована в первоначальных договоренностях сторон.
Разработка договора на создание фильма с перспективой показа на кинофестивалях
В консалтинговую компанию «ЮКЕЙ» обратился клиент, цель которого была заключить договор с исполнительным продюсером на создание фильма с перспективой его показа на кинофестивалях.

Разработка соглашения о передаче прав на компьютерную игру
