Nikolai has been practicing law for over 30 years. He specialises in conducting civil law cases, including intellectual property, land and tax law cases.

Nikolai provides legal support of the projects related to business disposal and the sale of shares in large companies, transactions on the lease of property complexes, and drafting of complex civil law contracts.

Nikolai graduated from Perm State University with a degree in Law. He is an Assistant Professor of the Civil Law and Procedure Department of Perm State University. Nikolai holds a Candidate’s Degree in Juridical Sciences. The topic of his dissertation thesis was “Legal Facts in Author’s Rights”. Nikolai is one of the arbiters of the Perm Chamber of Industry and Commerce at the Centre of Arbitration Proceedings ANO (Autonomous Non-Profit Organization), acting as the Deputy Chairman of the court.

In UKEY Consulting Company, Nikolai takes part in the projects related to the creation and turnover of the intellectual property. He is in charge of the projects on the protection of intellectual rights from infringements related to unauthorized use of the intellectual property (works, inventions, utility models, industrial designs) and means of individualisation of goods, works, and services.
