From June 27, 2011, to June 26, 2012, Eduard’s professional liability was insured for 5,000,000 rubles with Yakor JSIC (Joint-Stock Insurance Company). Eduard has 16 years of appraisal experience. He is a real estate appraiser certified by ROO (Russian Society of Appraisers) and a real estate appraiser according to the requirements of 2005 version of the European Valuation Standards of TGA GmbH.
Eduard is a member of the Expert Council of the Russian Society of Appraisers SRO (Self-Regulated Organization), a member of the Expert Council and of the Management Board of Perm Regional Department of ROO (Russian Society of Appraisers), a member of Perm Krai Council for Appraising Activities NP (Non-Commercial Partnership).
Eduard was awarded a letter of acknowledgment by German Gref, the Chairman of the National Council for Appraisal Activity, “In Recognition of Considerable Individual Contribution to the Appraisal Activity in Russia and in Connection with the 15th Anniversary of Appraisal Activity in the Russian Federation”, a First Class Order “In Recognition of Merits in Appraisal Activity” by the Council of ROO (Russian Society of Appraisers), All-Russian Non-Profit Organization. He was awarded a letter of acknowledgment by the Department of Property Relations of Perm Municipal Administration for fruitful cooperation in the appraisal area. Under Eduard’s management, Perm Regional Division of ROO (Russian Society of Appraisers) was awarded the “Golden Pen” commemorative prize for winning in the category “Community of SRO (Self-Regulated Organizations)-2007”.
